This bilingual HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist role focuses on full-cycle recruiting and employee experience within a regulated manufacturing environment. It requires balancing hiring demands with culture and compliance initiatives in a hybrid work setting.
Role Overview Structure:
Hybrid (2-3 days remote) No supervisory duties
Key Responsibilities Recruitment:
Manage full-cycle hiring, active candidate sourcing, and ATS tracking.
Screening:
Evaluate candidates for technical skills and GMP/FDA compliance.
Onboarding:
Facilitate pre-employment checks, orientation, and safety training.
HR Support:
Assist with performance management, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment analytics.
Culture:
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and DEI initiatives across shifts.
Job Qualifications Experience:
2-4 years in HR or recruitment (manufacturing/pharma preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred .
Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required , and HR certifications (SHRM/HRCI) are pluses .
Tech:
Proficiency in
ATS, HRIS, MS
Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media.
Physical:
