Location:
Hybrid (up to 2 days remote) You can work out of either in West Palm Beach or Riviera Beach, FL.
Duration:
45-60 Day Contract, full time 40 hours/week (M-F)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative across multiple home service brands. This contract opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships in the community, and can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades and field employees. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and local General Managers to attract, interview, and hire approximately 30-50 direct hire employees within a 45-60 day project. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume skilled trades and labor positions. Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Guide candidates through the hiring process and maintain consistent communication. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders while independently managing assigned requisitions. Network within the community by visiting career centers, workforce organizations, trade schools, and other recruiting events. Support pre-employment activities and onboarding for new hires. Qualifications Previous experience in high-volume recruiting required. Experience recruiting for construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, labor, or similar environments Ability to independently manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); any ATS platform is acceptable. #HR/ADMIN9
