Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
On behalf of our HR client, Procom is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Lehi, Utah office. CORP- Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description:
Join the Talent and Culture organization at NRG, where you will be part of a team focused on operational excellence and scalable hiring processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage complex interview scheduling for senior leadership and technical roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end scheduling for senior-level and technical interviews, including executive panels and multi-day interview loops
- Navigate complex calendar constraints and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Coordinate candidate travel for onsite interviews and manage reimbursement processes
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to align on interview strategy
- Maintain accurate interview and travel data within the Applicant Tracking System
- Identify and implement process improvements in scheduling and travel workflows CORP

Mandatory Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or complex calendar management
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion CORP

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting executive-level hiring or technical recruiting
- Experience coordinating candidate or corporate travel
- Experience working with an ATS like SAP SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams CORP
