In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization's 14 unique departments while partnering directly with hiring managers to strengthen talent decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness. You will work directly with department leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to define hiring strategies, evaluate candidates, and drive successful hiring decisions. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business functions, owning searches from intake strategy through offer negotiation and acceptance Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and leadership, helping guide hiring decisions and recruiting strategies Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, market research, and outbound recruiting strategies Conduct screening interviews and guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation Create a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Use recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and market insights to continuously improve recruiting strategies, processes, and hiring outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting workflows, documentation, and candidate management within the ATS to support consistent hiring outcomes Support offer negotiations and help align candidate expectations with business needs Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and structured hiring processes Success in This Role Success in this role means becoming a trusted recruiting partner while consistently delivering high-quality talent, building proactive pipelines, and improving recruiting effectiveness across the organization. Who We're Looking For The right person for this role: Gets energized by solving difficult hiring challenges and uncovering talent others overlook Takes ownership, creates momentum, and follows through with urgency and attention to detail Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships Is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to prioritize quality of hire, long-term fit, and strong hiring outcomes over transactional recruiting metrics Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred Experience sourcing and recruiting for professional and hard-to-fill roles, including proactively engaging passive candidates through networking, outreach, and creative recruiting strategies Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently challenge assumptions and guide hiring decisions Experience using ATS systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment We are looking for someone who brings initiative, adaptability, curiosity, and a solutions-focused mindset to the recruiting process. Availability This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum onsite presence of three days per week, with additional onsite attendance as needed to support interviews, recruiting initiatives, hiring manager collaboration, team meetings, and other business priorities. Success in this role requires strong communication, responsiveness, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain momentum throughout the hiring process. You must be available to work between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday, with occasional evening or Saturday availability required for interviews, networking events, or other business-related recruiting activities conducted outside normal business hours. This position requires manual dexterity for typing, sitting at a desk, and looking at a computer screen for typing for long periods of time. In addition, portions of the training require the Corporate Recruiter to shadow other departments that may require physical activity including lifting 25-35 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
