• $39•47/hr•Reston, VA About the Role Our client, a law firm, is seeking a Legal Staff Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis in Reston, VA.

About The Job:

• Source candidates using ATS, job boards, social media platforms, and open web tools
• Conduct first level resume screening in a high volume recruiting environment
• Build, organize, and manage candidate pipelines and shortlists
• Perform proactive candidate outreach to support active requisitions
• Track candidate activity and progress in Workday
• Support recruiting operations across multiple business functions
• Partner closely with the internal recruiting team

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume law firm environment
• Prior recruiting experience required; law firm experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated strength in candidate sourcing and pipeline development
• Hands on experience with an ATS (Workday strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and open web sourcing techniques
• Highly organized, efficient, and proactive
