Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Onboarding Specialist opportunities in Irving, TX. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Onboarding Specialist to support the successful onboarding of pharmacy, specialty distribution, and healthcare customers. In this role, you will coordinate account setup activities, track onboarding milestones, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers are successfully activated and ready to begin ordering.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support onboarding activities for new customer accounts from initiation through activation. Review onboarding requirements and ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. Coordinate onboarding tasks across departments including Sales, Credit, Regulatory, Contract Administration, and Customer Operations. Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements. Monitor onboarding timelines and help meet established service level agreements (SLAs). Identify, communicate, and escalate onboarding risks, delays, and process bottlenecks. Respond to customer, sales, and internal stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate onboarding records, workflow documentation, and customer files. Generate onboarding status reports and provide regular progress updates. Research and analyze customer information using Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet, and other business systems. Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and documentation efforts. Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as needed. Required Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, account management, operations, project coordination, customer service, or related functions. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmacy, medical supply, or related industries. Experience using Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet, or similar business systems. Experience supporting customer onboarding programs, operational workflows, or cross-functional projects. Pay Details:
