Job Description
Key Auto Group is in need of a detail-oriented Recruiter. This role is located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, but will be transitioned to a hybrid role once training is complete. The individual in this role can expect to work remotely 60% of the time after the training period. Responsibilities Oversee and manage HRIS Recruitment Module Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Represent the company at local job fairs, community events or networking function Actively seek potential candidates through multiple platforms Review resumes of potential candidates Conduct pre-employment phone screening interviews Schedule in-person or Teams interview with potential candidates Process new hire documentation and pre-employment screenings Communicate professionally with location managers about new hire details Assisting the Director of Human Resources with various tasks, as needed Other HR duties as assigned Requirements/Work Schedule Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred but not required 3+ years of recruitment experience Proficient in computer use and the use of Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented - extremely important Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM with a one-hour lunch; or Monday-Friday 8AM to 4PM with a lunch waiver.
