Dental Office Outreach Representative (Part-Time / Remote Hybrid)

Overview Mobile Clinical Partners is seeking a motivated and professional Outreach Representative to help expand relationships with dental offices throughout New Jersey, the Hudson Valley, and the Greater Philadelphia area. This hybrid remote role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals. You will introduce specialized clinical support services to dental offices, build long-term relationships, and help coordinate new office partnerships. This is NOT a high-volume telemarketing position. We are looking for someone professional, personable, and driven who can represent our organization with confidence. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communication with dental offices Build and maintain relationships with office managers, treatment coordinators, and providers Educate dental practices on specialized clinical support services Coordinate introductory meetings and presentations Maintain organized records of outreach activity and office communications Analyze office needs and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships Collaborate with internal leadership regarding outreach strategy and growth opportunities Compensation Competitive hourly base pay Performance-based bonus opportunities Flexible part-time schedule Hybrid remote work environment Long-term growth opportunities for high-performing candidates Schedule Part-time Flexible hours Approximately 10-20 hours weekly Territory--Coverage includes: New Jersey Hudson Valley and Capital Region, NY Greater Philadelphia area, PA Ideal Candidate We are specifically looking for candidates who have the following Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outbound calling and professional outreach Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regionally as needed Previous dental, medical, healthcare, or B2B sales experience preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is beneficial Goal-oriented mindset with interest in performance-based compensation Preferred (but not required): Dental office experience Medical office experience Healthcare sales or outreach experience Customer service or appointment-setting experience Please Note This position is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with outbound communication and relationship-building.
