About Us Integrative Psychology Services is a growing multidisciplinary behavioral health practice committed to providing high-quality psychological and neuropsychological services across the lifespan. Our team includes psychologists, therapists, and allied mental health professionals dedicated to evidence-based care and compassionate service. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Psychometrician to join our clinical team. The Psychometrician will administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments under the supervision of licensed psychologists. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with children, adolescents, and/or adults in a professional healthcare environment. Responsibilities Administer standardized psychological, neuropsychological, educational, and behavioral assessments under supervision of licensed psychologists Accurately score and document test results Prepare testing materials and maintain organized records Observe and document patient behavior during evaluations Assist with report preparation and data entry Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Coordinate scheduling and communicate professionally with patients and families Ensure testing procedures are completed according to standardized protocols Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Neuroscience, or related field Experience administering psychological or neuropsychological testing preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently while following clinical supervision guidelines Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred Comfortable working with diverse populations Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Preferred Experience WAIS-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-4, Woodcock-Johnson, MMPI, Conners, BASC, ADOS-2, or similar assessment tools Experience in outpatient mental health, hospital, school, or private practice settings Benefits Flexible scheduling Professional development opportunities Supportive multidisciplinary environment Supervision and training opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday Evening or weekend availability optional/preferred Work Location In-person / Hybrid (if applicable)
