Are you an experienced teacher or school administrator ready for your next chapter? At Scoot Education, you'll use your education expertise to help solve this critical challenge — ensuring schools have access to high-quality substitute educators while building a career that values your experience. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you won't just make placements. You'll create thoughtful matches that strengthen classrooms, support school communities, and positively impact students every single day. About the Role This is a hybrid opportunity based in Washington, DC with three days in office and two days working from home. Start date is October 6, 2026. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will: Recruit and vet educators through online sourcing, interviews, reference checks, and background verification, maintaining strict standards of quality Build and maintain professional relationships with educators to support their career goals and long-term success Support school partners by solving urgent staffing challenges and filling classroom vacancies with qualified, exceptional educators Develop meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and team members at partner schools Provide personalized, high-touch service to both educators and schools to ensure strong, lasting partnerships This role is ideal for someone who understands the education landscape and is motivated by creating meaningful, lasting impact in schools.
