This is a hybrid role with two days per week in our Maynard, MA, office. Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer acceptance, and onboarding candidates. Recruit for a variety of engineering and manufacturing positions including Assemblers, Material Handlers, CNC Machinists, Quality Inspectors, Maintenance Technicians, Production Supervisors, Drafters, Engineering Professionals, Supply Chain professionals, and other skilled manufacturing and technical roles. Source candidates using our ATS, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools. Conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, work history, career goals, availability, commuting preferences, and compensation requirements. Match qualified candidates to client opportunities based on skills, experience, and long-term fit. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information regarding the client, position, work environment, hiring process, and interview expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process and while they are on assignment. Partner closely with our sales team to understand client hiring needs, company culture, priorities, and timelines. Maintain accurate recruiting activity within our Applicant Tracking System and follow Panther recruiting best practices. Consistently meet recruiting goals while providing an exceptional candidate and client experience. Requirements 2+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience focused on manufacturing or engineering. Experience recruiting for roles such as Assemblers, Material Handlers, CNC Machinists, Quality Inspectors, Maintenance Technicians, Drafters, Engineering Professionals, Supply Chain professionals, or similar manufacturing and technical positions. Strong sourcing skills utilizing ATS databases, job boards, referrals, and networking. Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and effectively match talent with client requirements. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive while working collaboratively within a team environment. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn experience is a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
