Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis to support a surge in hiring needs. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering talent (mechanical, electrical, software, etc.). You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Sourcing & Outreach:

Source active and passive candidates for VoltAir's open positions.

Technical Screening:

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical expertise, project experience, and team fit.

Hiring Manager Partnership:

Collaborate with Engineering directors and managers to understand job specifications and provide feedback on the candidate market. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, and/or related field, or equivalent years of experience. 2-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specifically focused on engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, building information modeling (BIM), or software). Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms. Ability to understand complex engineering job requirements and assess candidate technical capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage passive talent and build relationships with hiring leaders. Proven ability to work independently and succeed in a fast-paced, temporary, or part-time capacity. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite. Physical Requirements Must have the ability to perform the necessary job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
