What You'll Be Doing Source and recruit candidates for professional positions across Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Administrative, and Corporate Support Proactively identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, our internal database, and direct outreach Conduct candidate interviews to understand their experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and overall fit Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future opportunities Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process while providing an exceptional candidate experience Partner closely with our recruiting and sales teams to understand client needs and identify the right talent Work toward individual and team activity goals in a performance-driven environment Who We're Looking For A true hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, resourceful, and willing to go after what you want Competitive and motivated by goals, results, and personal achievement Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with people you've never met Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next opportunity Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once Self-motivated and capable of staying productive and accountable in a remote environment Coachable and receptive to feedback Positive, energetic, and willing to put in the work necessary to become successful Why NextStep Recruiting?
