Executive Talent Acquisition Advisor /

$40-$48 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch. Hybrid schedule with approximately 3 days onsite per week, most likely Tuesday-Thursday.

About The Company:
A well-established global organization within the medical manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support executive-level hiring across the Americas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-level recruiting, executive search strategy, and talent acquisition program development within a large, global organization. The Executive Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage full-cycle recruiting for Director, Senior Director, and Vice President-level positions throughout the Americas. This individual will partner closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs, evaluate candidates, and deliver a high-quality executive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is polished, highly organized, comfortable communicating with senior-level stakeholders, and experienced in recruiting passive talent. This person will also have an opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of executive recruiting processes and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruiting process for senior-level positions, from initial intake through offer and onboarding. Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements, leadership profiles, and business priorities. Conduct approximately 4-5 executive candidate phone screens per day. Proactively engage and assess passive candidates through networking, recruiting platforms, and talent pipelines. Provide thoughtful, professional candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring teams and Talent Acquisition leadership. Maintain strong communication and follow-up throughout the interview and selection process. Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders throughout the recruiting process. Help develop and enhance executive recruiting processes, resources, documentation, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve the overall recruiting experience and stakeholder satisfaction. Utilize recruiting technology, including LinkedIn's AI-powered recruiting tools, to support talent identification and engagement. Work effectively with teams across a global, matrixed organization. Support internal mobility and succession-related initiatives involving senior-level talent. Manage priorities independently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
1-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting Director, Senior Director, VP, or other executive-level searches. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Experience recruiting within a larger corporate environment is highly desirable. Executive search or headhunting experience is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders through the Director level. Strong understanding of employment and labor laws as they relate to interviewing, selection, and hiring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level audiences. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and searches simultaneously. Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential executive searches. Experience with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and job boards preferred.
