Skilled Trades Recruiter Position Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Skilled Trades Recruiter to source, recruit, and place top talent within the industrial and construction trades industry. This role will focus on recruiting welders, pipefitters, electricians, industrial maintenance technicians, plumbers, field superintendents, project managers, and other skilled trades professionals. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the office, with the remaining days working remotely . Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit skilled trades professionals for contract, project-based, and direct hire opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Recruit through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach Conduct interviews and evaluate experience, certifications, and cultural fit Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and start dates Track recruiting activity within ATS/CRM systems Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Experience recruiting within skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, industrial staffing, or related industries preferred Familiarity with ATS (Zenople) system, and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ideal Candidate Confident, professional communicator Persistent and proactive with follow-up Goal-oriented and customer-focused Comfortable with high-volume outreach and relationship building Able to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment Capable of building trust with both field personnel and client leadership Job Posting Summary We are seeking a high-energy Skilled Trades Recruiter who excels at building relationships and connecting top industrial talent with outstanding opportunities.
