Job Responsibilities:

Run a full recruitment process for open requisitions. Provide superb customer service to clients and candidates. Maintain an organized and productive recruitment desk. Clear and consultative communication with client and candidates General administrative and office assistance to other team members Accurately maintain requisition information and candidate progress. Care about your success and the companies.

Requirements:

Strong Work Ethic. Previous experience recruiting in Aerospace / Manufacturing Ability to write emails in a professional and consultative manner. Ability to transcribe conversations into emails with detail and accuracy. Ability to engage customers and provide an excellent client experience. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Strong organizational skills. Ability to perform tasks accurately & independently with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to set priorities and stay organized. Strong computer skills. Ability to "go with the flow" enthusiastically.
