Position Overview This role focuses on developing new business opportunities with companies of up to 50 employees. It involves independently managing the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, competitive, and quota driven environment. Core responsibilities include generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and guiding them through a consultative sales process. Effectiveness in the role relies on strong prospecting skills, consistency in executing a defined sales approach, and the ability to operate with autonomy in the field.
