Job Description An employer is seeking a Remote Corporate Recruiter with strong experience in the health plan/health insurance industry to support a hiring surge from July through October. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate, clinical, and technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent in a fast-paced environment. While this role supports enterprise wide hiring, experience recruiting IT and technology roles is preferred due to the inclusion of technical positions within the overall hiring mix. Key Responsibilities
Manage 15-20 active requisitions at a time, with peak volume in Q3
Lead full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer)
Recruit across a range of health plan roles, including: Claims, Provider Network, System Configuration, Business Analysts, Case Managers, Dental Professionals
Partner with hiring managers to understand niche and complex roles within the health plan space
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Build and maintain strong pipelines for both corporate and technical talent

Prior experience recruiting within the health plan or health insurance industry (required)
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume req loads (15-20 concurrently)
