Corporate Sourcer, Temporary Location(s): Tustin, CA•

Onsite Compensation:

$32•36 per hour About this position: Advantech is seeking a temporary Corporate Sourcer to join our team in Tustin, CA for an approximately 3-month temporary assignment. This is a sourcing-focused role covering candidate sourcing, screening, and candidate management for our open positions.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals\ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, and alignment with job requirements Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, providing timely communication throughout the recruiting process Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Support onboarding by coordinating background checks and reference verification in accordance with applicable laws and company policies Manage candidate data in Advantech's applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting environment Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
