  • Human Resources Recruiter & Operations Assistant ACG is seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy Human Resources Recruiter & Operations Assistant to support our growing workforce and HR infrastructure.
This is a hybrid role combining full‑cycle talent acquisition and HR operational support, ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys being the right hand to the HR Manager. This position plays a critical role in closing staffing gaps, improving hiring speed, digitizing HR documentation, and maintaining structured workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, systems‑driven, and comfortable balancing recruiting urgency with administrative precision.

What You Will Do Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manage Full Cycle Recruitment:
sourcing, screening, interviews, offers Post job openings and develop targeted attraction strategies Conduct structured and competency‑based interviews Coordinate candidate assessments, screenings, and reference checks Track and report recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness) Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting dashboards HR Operations & Administrative Support Serve as the primary operational support to the HR Manager Digitize, organize, and maintain employee files and HR documentation Manage SharePoint directories, OneDrive storage, and employee databases Assist with onboarding preparation and documentation Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and follow‑up trackers Support HR audits, compliance tasks, and internal projects Create and maintain forms, workflows, and basic automations using Microsoft 365 Performance Expectations First 30 Days Demonstrate proficiency with ACG recruiting workflows and HR systems Begin managing assigned job postings and candidate pipelines Organize assigned HR documentation and digital folders Establish effective communication cadence with HR leadership Ongoing Deliverables Consistent candidate pipeline management and follow‑through Weekly recruiting metric tracking and reporting Accurate and organized HR files and SharePoint directories Continuous workflow and documentation improvements Required Qualifications Technical 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive) Excellent organizational and documentation management skills Experience operating in fast‑paced, changing environments Soft Skills Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and systems‑driven Proactive, responsible, and solution‑oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality Go‑getter mindset with urgency and follow‑through Non‑Negotiables Strong Microsoft 365 and digital organization capability Urgency and efficiency in recruiting tasks Reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic Self‑starter mentality (does not wait for direction) Professional communication and documentation habits Green Flags (Highly Valued) Examples of HR improvement or digitization Experience tracking, recruiting metrics and building dashboards "Right‑hand to the manager" mindset Comfort learning and adopting new tools Anticipates problems and solves them proactively Core Values Accountability
