Robert Half, HR Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support a growing national commercial construction organization. The recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline activity currently for approximately eight open requisitions, primarily focusing on Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel across multiple states.

Key Requirements:

8-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceStrong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and GlassdoorExperience identifying and engaging passive candidatesAbility to review high volumes of resumes and conduct candidate pre-screeningExperience managing multiple openings simultaneouslyATS experience requiredConstruction recruiting experience preferred but not requiredTeam player willing to provide recruiting support and assist with administrative needs as needed
