$30.00-$35.00/hour Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter in Salt Lake City Utah. This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 50% onsite. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously and spends a significant portion of time reviewing applications and actively sourcing candidates. Key Responsibilities Post job ads and proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other relevant platforms Review and screen applications (approximately 50% of the role) to identify qualified talent Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS Ensure compliance with company policies, equal employment practices, and hiring standards Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while providing a high level of service to stakeholders Required Qualifications Strong full lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and screening Proven ability to manage approximately 15 to 25 requisitions Experience recruiting through LinkedIn Recruiter ATS experience required; Jobvite a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while meeting deadlines
