Position Summary As a Junior Recruiter , you will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies for entry level rolesand ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process. This role is responsible for managing early to mid-stage recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate data, and supporting high-volume hiring efforts. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, supporting offer preparation, and ensuring candidates successfully complete onboarding through to hire completion in internal systems. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Management Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and community partnerships Conduct initial outreach and phone screenings Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Manage candidate movement within the ATS (AcquireTM), including dispositioning and status updates Ensure candidate records are accurate, complete, and up to date Support high-volume entry level recruitmentefforts and timely candidate movement Assist with offer letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelines Provide a positive and professional candidate experience Hiring Manager Partnership Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines Provide updates on candidate pipeline, interview progress, and hiring status Coordinate and schedule interviews Support alignment to ensure efficient hiring outcomes Community Engagement & Sourcing Build and maintain community partnerships to support candidate pipelines Represent the organization at job fairs and hiring events Support employer branding initiatives Identify and implement new sourcing strategies to improve candidate flow Collaboration & Process Support Support administrative coordination across the recruitment lifecycle Maintain organized, compliant, and scalable recruitment processes Assist with reporting and recruitment analytics, including tracking candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Monitor recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve hiring efficiency Support diversity hiring initiatives and outreach efforts Contribute to candidate experience and process improvement initiatives Onboarding & System Coordination Support the onboarding process by ensuring candidates complete all required onboarding tasks within AcquireTM in a timely manner Ensure full completion of onboarding requirements prior to hire finalization Accurately enter and process new hire information into ADP Lyric following onboarding completion Manage the transition of candidates from offer acceptance through onboarding completion and entry into ADP Monitor onboarding progress, follow up with candidates as needed, and escalate delays to ensure timely start readiness Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative support (required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with an ATS (AcquireTM or similar) preferred Exposure to full-cycle recruiting or strong interest in learning Experience supporting entry-level or high-volume hiring environments preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer Frequent use of phone, video conferencing, and computer systems Ability to communicate clearly via phone, video, and written communication May require occasional attendance at job fairs or hiring events Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively Why Join Inland Respite Inc ?
