The business has built a strong reputation in technically complex, candidate-short sectors and is now expanding its East Coast presence , with New York acting as a key growth hub. They're looking to hire an experienced Lead Recruiter to take ownership of a vertical within their trading and infrastructure markets, with a clear mandate to build, develop, and scale. This is a role for someone who wants more control, more upside, and a more commercial seat at the table . The Role Full 360 recruitment across technical markets (finance, energy, infrastructure, trading) Develop and own a specialist vertical within a high-demand market Build client relationships from scratch as well as develop existing accounts Identify market trends and position yourself as a go-to specialist Manage end-to-end processes from business development through to placement Operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with a strong delivery team What They're Looking For 4+ years' experience in agency recruitment (full-cycle / 360) Background in technical or candidate-short markets (energy, engineering, infrastructure, trading, etc.) Consistent track record of billing and hitting commercial targets Strong business development capability Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment Clear ambition to step into a more senior, ownership-led role What's On Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped, high-yield commission structure Clear path into leadership or market ownership Access to established client relationships and live roles Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home) Strong internal infrastructure (tools, CRM, data, support) Direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-making
Unlimited PTO Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
