Description:
InterSolutions is seeking a dynamic, high-performing staffing professional to join its growing team. If you are a talented multitasker who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for you! This position reports to the Regional Operations Manager. Our Staffing Specialists match good people with good companies and careers in the Multifamily industry. Working with both our Employees and Clients, this position is service-oriented and requires strong communication skills. This is a remote position with excellent advancement potential, and applicants must be able to work east coast hours.
Staffing Specialist Responsibilities:
Manage all necessary employment paperwork Manage incoming job orders and candidate matching Establish and continue effective communication with supervisors and clients Monitor daily employee check-ins, time entries, and approvals Build effective applicant sources to attract new applicants Manage weekly job posts for the market and update centralized service on recruiting needs Manage a schedule of interviewing qualified candidates Counsel the candidate regarding all organizational standards, expectations, procedures, and policies is a vital element of the interview process Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to access whether the candidate is an appropriate fit Manage the onboarding process and training with all applicants Maintain a positive working relationship with current and future employees Handle employee relations matters Counsel the employee on feedback from clients and expectations for assignments Ensure the workforce is using application technology and following safety guidelines while on assignment.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-3 years in a recruiting or staffing role Staffing software competency preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility in schedule with overtime, as determined by the Regional Operations Manager Ability to work in a team environment Advanced level computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
