Responsibilities Position Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Recruitment & Marketing Support student recruitment and admissions activities. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Northwood programs. Represent Northwood at education fairs, school visits, and outreach events. Build relationships with employers and industry partners to create internship and employment opportunities for students. Student Engagement & Success Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and student transition activities. Organize events and engagement initiatives that enhance the student experience. Partner with academic and administrative teams to support student success and retention. Qualifications Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who: Hold a bachelor's, master's degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Education Management, or a related field. Have experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, marketing, or student services. Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Are passionate about international education, student development, and cross-cultural engagement.
