In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top nursing talent to support our growing healthcare organization. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and nursing leadership to ensure we bring in compassionate, skilled professionals who align with our mission and patient care standards. This position is primarily remote but may require some work onsite. This recruiting position will primarily recruit for RN's however, may recruit for other departments as well. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruitment for nursing roles (RNs, CNAs, and specialty positions) Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Manage job postings across various platforms and optimize for candidate engagement Ensure a positive, seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding Stay current on healthcare labor market trends and compliance requirements Experience/Qualifications Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. Two (2) years experience within a human resources office, staffing agency, marketing department, or a closely related field required. Experience and/or training with computer applications required. Experience with an online applicant tracking or candidate relationship management system preferred. Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Human Resources
