8:30am to 5:30pm CT Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Patient Recruitment Coordinator for a contract-to-possible hire position with our client, innovation-driven organization in clinical research operations. About the Role Join a clinician-led, participant-first clinical research company rethinking how evidence is generated in modern healthcare. Our client embeds research directly into clinical workflows to help accelerate enrollment, improve execution, and generate high-quality, audit-ready evidence at scale. Their success depends on operational precision, regulatory rigor, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. Key Responsibilities Coordinate participant engagement, screening, and consenting activities. Review medical records and screen/schedule participants per protocol. Guide candidates through the informed consent process and maintain open communication. Accurately document participant data and monitor study tracking systems. Respond to data queries and assist with site visits, onboarding, and ongoing compliance. Ensure adherence to IRB, HIPAA, FDA, and ICH-GCP standards. Maintain all necessary regulatory documentation. Required Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in life science, public health, or related field is a plus. 2+ years' experience in high-call volume, healthcare, or related environments. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and acronyms. Preferred Qualifications Experience in clinical research or healthcare. Familiarity with data entry, EMRs, EDCs, and study management systems. Knowledge of GCP and GDP standards. Competencies Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly build rapport. Independent judgment, integrity, and operational pragmatism.
