Flex Time Your Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees for placement at companies in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas
• Coordinate with Customer Account Specialists to submit candidates to Hiring Managers
• Advertise openings on job boards, social media, and other avenues available
• Participate in job fairs/hiring events
• Coordinate events focused on recruitment
• Accurately document recruitment efforts within our

Applicant Tracking System Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting preferred
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with candidates to keep a pipeline of talent
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of social media for advertising
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including

Word, Excel, and Outlook Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
