We're partnering with a leading organization in the healthcare and medical device space—known for its inspiring mission and meaningful impact—seeking a Temp-to-Hire, Recruiter to join their team in Durham, NC. This is an onsite position, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. What makes this Recruiter opportunity stand out: ✅ Opportunity to support a company with a meaningful, mission-driven impact in healthcare ✅ Temp-to-Hire position with the goal to transition this candidate permanent ✅ Exposure to full-cycle recruiting across a collaborative HR team ✅ High-visibility role working directly with hiring managers and leadership ✅ Structured schedule with consistency and stability ✅ Hybrid flexibility (1 day remote) offered upon permanent conversion What you'll do as a Recruiter Manage the full-cycle recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.pdf) Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, and social media platforms Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate records and track activity within HR systems Support onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition Stay current on employment laws and recruiting best practices to ensure compliance What we're looking for 3-5 years of recruiting experience required (non-negotiable) Paylocity experience is required (non-negotiable) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Schedule & Work Environment Monday

• 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch) Fully onsite during Temp-to-Hire period Located in Durham, NC (27713) After permanent conversion: eligible to work from home 1 day per week Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check (FDA-regulated environment) Ability to work onsite and maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information Ideal fit An experienced Recruiter who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment and is motivated by contributing to a company with an impactful mission in the healthcare space.
