Adecco is hiring a Recruiter to support our client in Durham, NC . In this role, Recruiters are responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders. The purpose of this role is to acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates. Pay & Location

Pay Rate:

$24.00 to $28.00 per hour

Durham, NC What You'll Do

• Manage high volume full-cycle recruiting for seasonal positions, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding and orientation logistics as needed Qualifications
• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume or seasonal environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple task and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varied hours during peak periods, including some evenings and weekends if necessary
