A manufacturing services organization in New Jersey is seeking a Recruiter in Parsippany to support full-cycle recruiting across corporate and sales functions. This role will focus on proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and partnership with hiring leaders to help build a strong pipeline of talent. About the

Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to develop sourcing strategies and target candidate lists Source passive candidates using direct sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter Evaluate candidate qualifications and maintain an active pipeline for multiple open requisitions across locations Provide regular status updates and ensure hiring practices align with applicable compliance requirements
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in Agency and/or Corporate Recruiting Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Experience managing professional-level requisitions and sourcing candidates for B2B sales roles Expert knowledge of
LinkedIn Recruiter Desired Skills:
Experience with Google Suite Experience with Workday Experience with Paradox Experience recruiting across HR, marketing, engineering, R&D, IT, and manufacturing functions
