What You'll Do:

Lead the full-cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates specialized in AI, Data Science, Digital Product Management, and more Conduct candidate assessments and manage offer negotiations with a consultative approach Advise leadership on market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies Deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on AI, Data, Digital, and Technology roles Proven success recruiting technical, senior, and leadership talent within the tech industry Extensive network within AI, engineering, data, and digital communities Experience recruiting for financial institutions, fintech, or major tech companies Skilled in using modern ATS, sourcing tools, market intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies Ability to influence hiring leaders and execute recruiting strategies quickly and effectively

Candidates must have demonstrated success recruiting AI, Data, and Digital talent, with a strong network in these markets.
