Position Overview:
We're looking for a driven, organized, high-activity professional to join our team as a Recruiter. In this role, you'll play a key part in our growth by proactively reaching out to real estate agents, introducing them to our model, and guiding conversations toward clear next steps in the recruiting process. This is a high-volume, outbound-focused position where success comes from consistency, strong communication, and the ability to build rapport quickly on the phone. While the role follows a structured system, it requires someone who can think on their feet, handle objections, and move conversations forward. You do not need prior recruiting experience—we will train you on our approach, messaging, and systems. We are looking for someone with the mindset and work ethic to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls while building strong first impressions and relationships with agents Introduce Crown Homes and generate interest through clear, confident conversations Ask structured questions to qualify interest and fit Schedule next steps (calls, meetings, interviews) with leadership Track all activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM Follow proven scripts while adapting based on real-time conversations Partner with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates Stay consistent with daily activity and performance targets Who This Role Is Perfect For Early-career professionals or recent graduates who want to build real sales and communication skills Individuals comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection People who are competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance goals Highly organized individuals who can manage activity while staying results-focused Coachable and open to feedback Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Those interested in sales, recruiting, or business growth Preferred (But Not Required) Experience in sales, inside sales, customer-facing, or call-based roles Experience working toward daily or weekly performance targets Familiarity with CRM or pipeline tracking systems Exposure to real estate or commission-based environments What You Don't Need No prior recruiting experience required No real estate experience required We will train you on everything you need to succeed.
