Matter:
Manage the recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from job posting and candidate screening through interview coordination and offer acceptance. Review applications, conduct initial candidate outreach, maintain consistent communication, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, monitor recruitment timelines, and ensure the timely progression of candidates through the hiring process. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, monitor hiring metrics and open requisitions Provide support for recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts. Qualifications for
Success:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. One to three years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or Human Resources experience preferred. Experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care is preferred. Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is highly desirable. Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written Benefits for
