As an RPO Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients by sourcing, evaluating, presenting, and placing top talent while delivering exceptional customer service and recruitment support. This is a remote role, but candidates must be in the southeast. Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package ($50,000 - $55,000 + commission plan) Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional supplemental benefit programs 401k Opportunity for commission Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Full-time, remote position 40-45 hours per week expected to achieve goals Career Path Senior Recruiter Talent Acquisition Leader Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Strong customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Assertive and outgoing personality Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Education and Experience Experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment General Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Results-driven mindset with a high level of initiative Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Commitment to ethical conduct and professional credibility Essential Functions Partner with RPO client stakeholders to recruit, evaluate, present, and place qualified candidates for direct-hire positions Execute full-cycle recruiting processes to meet client hiring objectives Support the development and consistent implementation of recruiting best practices Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders Prepare candidates and hiring managers for interviews Conduct post-interview follow-up with candidates and internal customers Present employment offers, negotiate terms, close candidates, and confirm start dates and compensation packages Maintain accurate recruiting activity records and prepare recruitment reports as required by clients Work Environment and Physical Demands Work primarily in a professional office environment Regular use of office equipment including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems Occasional work at client locations, including office, manufacturing, industrial, and GMP cleanroom environments Exposure to varying work conditions, including non-temperature-controlled environments and industrial operations Physical Requirements Ability to lift 5-20 pounds periodically Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours Ability to sit for up to 4 hours Travel Minimal travel required MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
