DOEJob DescriptionWe are seeking a mid-level Contract Recruiter with 5-7 years of experience to support a variety of manufacturing & corporate recruiting initiatives. This role will focus heavily on ATS optimization within iCIMS while managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business functions and organizational levels. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for engineering roles, including product R D, as well as product marketing and other corporate positions ranging from entry-level through VP-level leadership.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Optimize and manage recruiting workflows within iCIMSSupport full-cycle recruiting across corporate functionsRecruit for roles in engineering/product R D, product marketing, and other corporate departmentsManage searches for positions ranging from entry-level to VP-levelPartner with internal teams to identify and engage talentSupport occasional recruiting efforts within salesMaintain an efficient, organized, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
