Job Description:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles. Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and recruiting strategies. Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer acceptance. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the process.

Position Requirements:

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
