Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this hybrid role, you will handle full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including positions in financial services, operations, and IT. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows.
• Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to leadership.
• Leverage tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite to enhance efficiency and communication.
• Support high-volume recruitment efforts as needed to meet organizational goals.
