Manage the recruitment and selection process, including applicant screening and interview scheduling. Build and maintain relationships with business leaders to execute talent acquisition needs. Develop broad recruitment strategies to enhance diversity objectives. Generate weekly updates for leadership regarding the candidate pipeline. Represent the brand at career fairs and recruiting events. Qualifications of the
Recruiter:
2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience in the 3PL/Logistics space. Proficient in LinkedIn and recruiting tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
