Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions across the United States, with a strong focus on technical and professional roles. This individual will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This position is primarily hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the office. The recruiter will also support a manager based on the East Coast on a key project. During certain phases of the project, additional in-office presence may be required beyond the standard hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for technical and non-technical positions nationwide.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular recruiting updates and market insights to hiring managers and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Support workforce planning and special recruiting projects as assigned. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in an ATS and utilizing recruiting technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively with remote managers and teams.
