$45,000 - $60,000 per year Job Description We are looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for our open positions. This role involves access to candidate personal information and hiring records. A background check is required for all talent acquisition positions. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring pipeline progress weekly Requirements High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable managing a high volume of candidate interactions simultaneously Must pass a pre-employment background check No prior recruiting experience required — full training provided Must be authorized to work in the United States To apply, submit your resume and complete our short online application form.
