Morrissey is a growing staffing and recruiting firm and is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team and help drive hiring success for our clients while contributing to our growth plans. Position Overview The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for temporary and professional-level positions. This role requires a relationship-driven professional with a sales-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting top talent with exceptional career opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by achieving results while working as part of a collaborative, close-knit team. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from job intake through onboarding Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, hiring events, and other recruiting channels Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across a variety of industries and skill sets Conduct phone screens and prescreen interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit Present qualified candidates to internal stakeholders and clients Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews Negotiate offers and communicate compensation details with candidates Initiate and support onboarding activities for new hires Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process Attend networking and hiring events to promote the J.
