Salary + Bonus (Potential to make a 6-figure income) We're a growing real estate company looking for a full-time recruiter. This is a hybrid position, mostly in the office; however, some travel to events and open houses. If you have a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities, this is your role. We are looking for a self-starter, proactive, and enthusiastic individual. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for Real Estate Agents Source candidates Screen, interview, and coordinate meetings with sales managers Maintain candidate pipeline and track hiring metrics Attend Events and Open Houses Requirements 2-5 years of recruiting experience Strong communication and organizational skills Real estate industry experience is a plus Benefits Base salary + performance bonus Competative benefits package Employment with our company is contingent upon successful background screening including criminal and drug screening.
