Recruiting Sourcer at Ultimate Staffing Services Recruiting Sourcer at Ultimate Staffing Services in Pasadena, California Posted in 3 days ago. $27.00 - $33.00 per hour Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiting Sourcer to join their client's dynamic team in California. This fully remote position requires candidates to be located in the Pasadena area and offers a temp-to-hire opportunity. The role involves sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to support the organization's recruitment efforts. Responsibilities Conduct proactive sourcing using , job boards, internal databases, and other recruiting tools to identify qualified candidates. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Perform initial candidate outreach through messaging, email, and networking efforts. Review resumes and profiles to assess alignment with role requirements. Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Track sourcing activity and pipeline progress to support recruiting metrics and reporting. Research industry trends, talent markets, and competitor organizations to identify talent pools. Support employer branding efforts by promoting opportunities and engaging passive candidates. Assist recruiters with scheduling screenings or coordinating candidate communication as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs. Qualifications Strong research and sourcing skills using platforms such as Recruiter, job boards, and online talent databases. Ability to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and transferable skills. Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach and engagement. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Ability to analyze candidate profiles and assess alignment with hiring needs. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers. Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role. Experience using or similar platforms to identify and engage candidates. Experience working within an applicant tracking system or recruiting software is desired. Experience supporting recruiting efforts within engineering, construction, technical, or corporate environments is desired. Required Work Hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Benefits This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $27 to $33 per hour. Additional Details The position is fully remote, but candidates must be located in the Pasadena area. The role is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
