Full Job Description Remote Credentialing Specialist Opportunity Location:
Remote (Beverly, MA Based Organization)
Pay Rate:
$15-$18.5/hour
Start Date:
06/15/2026
Contract Length:
13 Weeks with possible extension
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST 100% Remote | 40 Hours Guaranteed We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to support a high-volume healthcare onboarding and credentialing team.
Required Qualifications:
Recent Healthcare or Dialysis Credentialing Experience (within the last 6 months) Strong Knowledge of Compliance Requirements, including Licenses, Certifications, Background Checks, and I-9 Verification Experience with
HRIS/ATS
Platforms such as UKG, Phenom, or Similar Systems Ability to Manage High-Volume Onboarding with Tight Deadlines Strong Organizational, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to Work Independently with
Minimal Training Highly Preferred:
Experience with
Sterling or First Advantage Background Screening Platforms Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process healthcare credentialing and onboarding activities Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and employment requirements Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Leadership Teams Resolve onboarding and credentialing issues efficiently Maintain accurate and audit-ready records
