Job Description A client in the Bay Area is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead and manage the search for a critical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) opening, with the potential to support additional executive and C‑level leadership hires as organizational needs evolve. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to senior leadership, driving a comprehensive, high‑touch executive search process within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of successfully placing C‑suite and senior leadership roles—particularly CFOs—within healthcare, nonprofit, or healthcare‑adjacent environments.
