Recruiter on Demand The Recruiter on Demand acts as an extension of the client's talent acquisition team, identifying top-tier talent, building stakeholder relationships, and guiding candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process. We are seeking a highly experienced, resourceful strategic recruiter who thrives on uncovering specialized industrial and skilled technical talent in highly competitive, hard-to-fill markets. Key Accountabilities:
Consistently delivers qualified candidates for hard-to-fill industrial, environmental, utility, and infrastructure-related positions by developing innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional job boards. Builds proactive talent pipelines of certified and licensed professionals before positions become urgent. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, acting as a trusted advisor who provides market intelligence and creative recruiting solutions. Provide comprehensive support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process in the following areas: Interview best practices, perform interview debriefs, advise hiring managers on candidate selection, etc. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to find, evaluate, and secure a qualified and diverse pool of candidates against current and future business needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process by serving as the main point of contact. Manage candidate and job information accurately within the applicant tracking system. Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to add value and drive best practices while collaborating with other functions of the business.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalency in work experience or education required 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or utility roles Consultative, data-driven approach to tracking recruiting metrics and partnering with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor Ability to learn and be hands-on with current business tools and technology (ATS, CRM, HR databases) Ability to work independently, manage multiple fast-paced priorities, and build highly respected relationships with clients and candidates. Persistent, curious, creative, and resilient attitude with a passion for solving recruiting challenges and uncovering hidden talent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong decision-making skills
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
