Senior Talen Acquisition St. Louis, MO Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract high-quality talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role also supports employer branding initiatives and continuous process improvement. The Specialist leverages labor market expertise and data insights to inform hiring decisions. This position plays an essential part in building a strong, inclusive workforce that supports organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and guide selection decisions.
• Proactively source and engage top talent through job boards, social platforms, networking, and industry partnerships.
• Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Conduct screening interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, facilitate interview processes, and schedule pre-employment and development assessments.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future workforce needs.
• Provide data-driven insights, including recruiting metrics and labor market trends, to improve hiring outcomes to Director of Humans Resource and Leadership. Top Skills Details Recruiting,Recruitment,Ats,Talent acquisition Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Required)
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition-related certification (Preferred)
• Additional HR or recruiting certifications (Preferred)

Experience:

• 10+ years of full-cycle, high volume, recruiting experience (Required)
• Experience recruiting for technical, professional, or specialized roles (Required)
• Experience recruiting in construction industry (Preferred)
• Experience supporting hiring managers and Senior leaders (Required)
• Experience using ATS platforms and HRIS systems (Required) Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fenton, MO.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
