Roles and responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates :

Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates passively/actively looking for employment in the market

Pipeline Management:

Build strong pipelines of candidates based on clients most common requests

Screening and Interviewing :

Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate's technical experience, selecting the best match for our clients

Candidate Submittal:

Format resume and submittal package to highlight candidate's top skills for client to review

Recruitment Metrics :

Meet minimum weekly metrics including phone interviews and submittals to open jobs

Interview Preparation:

Prepare candidate for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations surrounding questions, scenarios, and technical experience that may be asked by client

Program Compliance:

Adhere to maximum bill rates and/or markups defined by the client program

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and encourage referrals.

Required experience and skills:

5+ years of Technical/IT or Aerospace/Engineering recruiting experience Interest in challenging yourself to grow/develop with a collaborative team Passion for connecting with people and a drive to succeed Bachelors degree preferred Previous experience supporting MSP programs desired but not required Compensation and benefits: Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonus.
